Job summary

Amer Sports Oyj is seeking a Paralegal experienced in Securities and Corporate Governance to support our securities and governance functions across our New York, Chicago, Helsinki and other global locations.

You will report to our Securities and Corporate Governance Counsel and assist with insider trading policy administration, preclearance processes, and related corporate governance tasks in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate in-house.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing administrative aspects of the company’s insider trading policy.
• Maintain and update window lists; electronically distribute trading notices; support the trade preclearance process.
