Boutique law firm is hiring a Paralegal to join its Westchester County, New York office.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and results-oriented professional with:

• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Microsoft Excel, TABS and Westlaw experience, a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare documents including discovery responses, motions, exhibits, deposition transcripts, subpoenas, etc.
• Request, review and summarize medical records
• Track case statuses
• eFile litigation documents on State and Federal Court websites
• Correspond with clients, vendors and opposing counsel
• Assist with additional administrative tasks, as needed

Additional Information

• Salary: $65K - $85K commensurate with experience plus benefits including healthcare, PTO and 401K
• Full-time in office, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
