Now Hiring: Paralegal – Poliquin and DeGrvae, LLP Defense Firm handling a diverse mix of cases involving personal injuries, medical, dental and legal, malpractice.

We are a well‑established insurance defense law firm seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our growing team. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast‑paced legal environment with supportive attorneys and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all phases of insurance defense litigation
• Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
• Review, analyze, and summarize medical records, deposition transcripts, and other case‑related records
• Manage and organize case files, discovery, and trial preparation materials
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Maintain deadlines and assist with calendaring and case management

Qualifications

• 1+ year of paralegal experience, preferably in insurance defense or civil litigation
• Strong legal writing, record‑review, and summarization skills
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Paralegal Certification
