The Bachrach Group is seeking an experienced Estate Planning & Probate Paralegal in Georgia for either part-time or full-time engagement. The role requires handling estate planning and probate matters with minimal supervision and delivering top-notch support to clients and attorneys.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of Georgia-based experience supporting estate planning and probate matters.
  • Strong written communication, proofreading, and grammar skills.
  • Professional and empathetic approach to client interactions, particularly during emotionally challenging situations.
  • Ability to independently manage client matters and contribute with minimal training.
  • Experience with legal practice management, document assembly, and timekeeping software.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and revise estate planning and probate documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
  • Coordinate client meetings, document execution appointments, and signing sessions.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical case files with complete and accessible records.
  • Utilize document automation and drafting software for customized legal documents and correspondence.
  • Serve as a client contact, providing status updates and escalating issues to attorneys as needed.
  • Communicate with courts, financial professionals, accountants, attorneys, and third parties involved in client matters.
  • Enter and maintain accurate case information and billing records.
  • Assist attorneys and team members with administrative and case-related projects.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and client service.

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Estate Planning & Probate Paralegal to join its team on a part-time or full time basis. This opportunity is ideal for a self-motivated professional who can quickly integrate into a busy office, manage matters with minimal supervision, and provide exceptional support to both clients and attorneys.

The successful candidate will possess experience in Georgia estate planning and probate matters, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach when working with individuals and families navigating sensitive life events. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment

Key Responsibilities
  • iesPrepare and revise a variety of estate planning and probate documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and property transfer documen
