Adamson Ahdoot LLP in Los Angeles seeks a skilled Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all phases of litigation. This is not an entry-level role and candidates must bring substantial experience, preferably with a personal injury practice.

Responsibilities include summarizing cases, preparing reports, drafting pleadings, assisting with discovery, filing documents, and managing deadlines in a fast-paced, paperless environment. Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of proven work experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
• Paralegal certification preferred.
• Personal Injury law firm experience is a huge plus.
• Experience in the personal injury field is beneficial.
• BA/BS degree required.

• Organizing and archiving the documents related to completed and ongoing cases.
• Keeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes.
• Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs and appendices.
• Help with voir dire, jury selection and witness preparation.
• Provide assistance with case settlements.

We are a fast-paced, Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law Firm looking for a skilled and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will be able to provide assistance during all phases of the litigation process.

This is not an entry level role**, and we are looking for someone with experience, bilingual Spanish speaker is strongly preferred.

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer/phone
