Job summary

SR Staffing seeks a Litigation Paralegal in Knoxville, TN, onsite. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 plus bonus. Must have personal injury litigation experience and 2+ years in a PI or litigation-focused practice.

Responsibilities include supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation, managing case files, drafting materials, and coordinating court events. Key skills include strong legal writing, document review, and proficiency with case management and e-filing systems.

Qualifications

• Must have Personal Injury Litigation experience.
• 2+ years in a personal injury law firm or litigation-focused practice preferred.
• Experience supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation.
• Strong legal writing and drafting skills.
• Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records, medical bills, and damages documentation.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation, including discovery, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Maintain and manage case files, ensuring all documentation is organized and up to date.
• Communicate with clients regarding case updates and requests for information.
• Request, review, organize, and summarize medical records and damages-related materials.
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, IMEs, court hearings, and other case-related events.
• Prepare trial and mediation materials, including exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
• File legal documents with state and federal courts while ensuring compliance with deadlines.
• Perform legal research and assist with litigation strategy.
• Maintain accurate case information within internal systems.
