Paralegals support the delivery of quality legal services to management and clients by providing administrative assistance to corporate counsel and human resources. General responsibility for a variety of complex administrative tasks including legal matter management and tracking, document retention and retrieval, federal regulatory compliance and licensing.
Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Base Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 USD (Colorado Only)

Salaried positions (project engineers and above) participate in an annual bonus plan, subject to company and employee performance. Salaried employees (this is all salaried employees) are also eligible for a company cell phone or cell phone allowance in accordance with company policy. Further, salaried employees (project engineers and above) also receive either a vehicle or vehicle allowance in accordance with Hensel Phelps' policies. Based on position location, a cost of living adjustment (COLA) may also be included (subject to periodic review and adjustment).
