Job Title: Remote Paralegal (U.S. Clients)

Location: Remote (South Africa-based applicants preferred)

Working Hours:

  • Shift 1: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (SA time)
  • Shift 2: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (SA time) (Aligned with U.S. time zones)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to support U.S.-based attorneys and legal teams remotely. The ideal candidate will have proven paralegal experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple legal tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, draft, and review legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings.
  • Manage case files, discovery, and document organization.
  • Assist with e-filing and court submissions in various U.S. jurisdictions.
  • Maintain accurate records and track case progress.
  • Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, and third parties.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to case management and client support.

Requirements:
