We’re currently working with multiple law firms across California seeking experienced Litigation Paralegals. If you’re comfortable supporting attorneys on complex, high-volume matters and know your way around modern legal technology, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Support attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle, including discovery and trial preparation
• Manage pleadings, case files, deadlines, correspondence, and litigation documents
• Handle high-volume discovery, including document organization, review, and production
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, courts, experts, and vendors

What We’re Looking For

• Previous litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and discovery
• Experience managing multiple matters and competing deadlines
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills

Legal Technology

• Experience with Clio, DISCO, or comparable legal technology
• Hands-on experience with e-discovery platforms and workflows
• Familiarity with law firm case-management, practice-management, or document-management systems
• Ability to quickly learn and work across different legal technology platforms

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 – $135,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
