Job summary

Farah & Farah in Georgia seeks an experienced Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal to support attorneys across all phases of personal injury cases, from pre-trial through trial and post-trial activities. The role requires strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of personal injury litigation.

You will conduct legal research, draft documents, manage case files, coordinate with clients, medical professionals, and witnesses, and ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a paralegal.
  • Proficiency in legal research and writing, with experience drafting legal documents and pleadings.
  • Knowledge of personal injury litigation procedures and familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling case-related documents and information.
  • Proficiency in using case management software, legal research tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Ability to work under pressure/deadlines and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously; self-motivated
  • Outstanding time-management and typing skills

  • Review and summarize medical records, accident reports, and other case-related documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of discovery responses and manage the discovery process, including organizing and reviewing evidence.
  • Prepare case files and exhibits for depositions, hearings, and trials.
  • Maintain and update case management systems with case details, deadlines, and correspondence.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates on case status, schedule appointments, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Support attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing trial exhibits and preparing trial notebooks.

Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team. In this role, you will support attorneys by performing a wide range of tasks related to personal injury litigation.
