Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 / year

Our small-to-medium-sized plaintiff’s personal injury law firm maintains a nationwide practice, with attorneys licensed in multiple states. We regularly consider candidates for both remote roles and in‑person positions at our Bel Air, Maryland office. The firm handles a wide range of personal injury practice areas, including motor vehicle collision, nursing home abuse, medical malpractice, premises liability, product liability, and medical device claims.

Responsibilities

• Intaking new clients
• Drafting and following up on new client paperwork
• Communicating with clients to gather or provide information
• Ordering and following up on medical records
• Reviewing medical records
• Assisting with preparation of demand packages
• Coordinating with providers and lienholders
• Managing deadlines and case‑related tasks
