You will assist with memos, document review, compliance reporting, and project coordination with internal clients and outside counsel.

This position will perform various legal research, writing, reporting, and other duties at the request of the attorneys in the law department. Managed by the Deputy General Counsel or General Counsel, this position provides legal support and assistance to law and, when necessary, compliance business units. This role plays an important part in ensuring efficiency and timely responses from law to their clients and will work with law and internal and external business partners as needed to protect the organization’s interest from a legal perspective. This position is expected to be able to interact confidently and effectively with various levels of management and non- management within the organization. This is an entry level to early career position.
The paralegal will perform a variety of tasks depending on the needs of the legal and compliance departments. These tasks may include but are not limited to:
The ideal candidate will have completed a Bachelor’s degree and/or obtained a two-year certification/degree in paralegal studies.
