Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience.
• Ability to handle a case from initial complaint through trial.
• Experience working with multiple attorneys.
• Knowledge of NM civil rules of procedure.
• Proficient with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat and case management software.

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses

Job Type: Full-time

Cover letter a plus, hourly rate approximately $27-35/hour, depending on experience, 40 hour work week
