Montgomery Blair High School in Silver Spring, MD, seeks a part-time paraeducator to support students with IEPs in general and specialized settings. Under the principal's direction, you will assist with instruction, classroom management, and related clerical tasks to help teachers deliver the curriculum effectively.

Responsibilities include supporting Twice Exceptional, Learning & Academic Disabilities / Resource Services, and monitoring student behavior.

Formación

• Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year experience with students in structured educational settings preferred.
• Experience with students with special needs beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with instructional activities and classroom management as directed by teachers.
• Perform clerical tasks to support teachers and staff.
• Help monitor and promote appropriate student behavior.
• Support students with IEP goals and accommodations.
