Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Hold AA or higher or 72 college quarter credits.
• ParaPro Assessment scores: Reading 324, Writing 324, Mathematics 325.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with individualized and small group instruction for students with physical or behavioral needs or medical fragility.
• Support students' health care needs and develop daily living and behavioral skills.
• Assist staff with classroom preparation and retrieval, use and storage of equipment and supplies.
• May supervise students in the library, classrooms, resource rooms, self-contained classrooms, playgrounds, or getting on and off a bus.
