Job summary

Usd458 is seeking a dedicated assistant to support students with mental, physical, academic, behavioral, and emotional learning challenges. The role involves implementing instructional plans and supervising students under the teacher's guidance, with some lifting and personal care tasks as needed.

You will work 6.5 hours per day, Monday through Friday, helping students in small groups or one-on-one settings while contributing to a safe and supportive classroom environment.

Job Description

The person in this position works under the direct supervision of a teacher, provides assistance in implementing plans and programs related to the academic or functional skill attainment for students with mental, physical, academic, behavioral and/or emotional learning challenges. Works directly with students, individually or in small groups. This may require lifting or assisting with personal needs.

Person will work 6.5 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
