Job summary

Renton School District 403 is seeking a paraeducator to support students in In School Suspension/Interventionist roles. This position focuses on behavioral support, academic assistance, and coordinating with teachers to maintain a safe, productive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will hold at least an AA degree or credits, or have passed the ParaPro exam, and share our commitment to equity and student success in a diverse school community.

Paraeducator Minimum Qualifications

To be eligible for employment, candidates must upload to their application:

• A copy of their high school diploma AND
• Documentation of one of the following:
  a. A copy of an official college transcript indicating an AA degree or higher OR
  b. 72 quarter or 48 semester credits earned in 100 level and higher courses OR
