Qualifications

• Associate degree or ParaPro Assessment completed or in progress.
• Interest and aptitude for working with children.
• Experience with students with disabilities or related experience and knowledge of special education.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support to students, including 1:1 or small group assistance.
• Assist instructor by implementing lesson plans and educational interventions.
• Monitor and support student behavior and classroom activities.
• Collect data on IEP goals and other target areas under supervision.
• Support students in communication, personal hygiene, and academic/vocational skills.
