BFA is looking to fill an Educational Support Paraeducator position for the 26/27 school year. Qualified candidates must be collaborative team members and have a passion for children. Individuals will work with research-based intervention strategies and support differentiated classroom settings to meet the needs of our students. Behavior management skills and knowledge of Conscious Discipline is a plus. Ability to support students in feeling as if they belong and are held accountable. Associates Degree preferred.

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $19 to $24 Per Hour
