Job summary

TSP Ed Co is seeking a compassionate Paraeducator to support students in a Louisville, CO school setting. This role emphasizes direct 1:1 or small-group support, helping students with academics, behavior, and social-emotional skills within a multidisciplinary team.

The position offers the chance to reinforce positive behaviors, follow individualized plans, and contribute to students’ growth and independence throughout the school day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children or adolescents preferred.
• School-based and/or special education experience is a plus.
• Experience supporting students with behavioral or developmental needs preferred.
• Ability to follow individualized student plans and established classroom strategies.
• Strong communication, teamwork, patience, and organizational skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to helping students succeed.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary school team.
• Ability to meet all applicable school and employment requirements.

Responsibilities

This is a great opportunity for a Paraprofessional who enjoys working directly with students, building meaningful relationships, and helping children develop the academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and functional skills they need to be successful at school.

What You'll Do
