Job summary

Holdrege Public Schools is accepting applications for a Paraeducator to support students in academic, behavioral, verbal, personal care, and independent living skills in individual or small group settings.

Specific assignments and hours are to be determined; must meet ESSA requirements (48 college credits or ParaPro score). Schedule is school year, about 35 hours per week; compensation ranges from $18–$20 per hour plus benefits.

School year – approximately 35 hours weekly

Salary Range dependent on qualifications and assignment:

• $18.00/hour w/GED or HS diploma (see additional education qualifications above)
• $19.00/hour w/Bachelor’s Degree
• $20.00/hour with current Nebraska Teaching Certificate (Initial, Standard, or Professional) or current Nebraska Substitute Teaching Certificate
