Job summary

TSP Ed Co is seeking a compassionate Paraprofessional / Instructional Aide to join our team in Boulder County, CO, supporting students in a school setting. You will work with teachers and the educational team to provide direct 1:1 and small-group support, helping students with academics, behavior, and social-emotional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children or adolescents preferred.
• School-based and/or special education experience is a plus.
• Experience supporting students with behavioral or developmental needs preferred.
• Ability to follow individualized student plans and established classroom strategies.
• Strong communication, teamwork, patience, and organizational skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to helping students succeed.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary school team.

Responsibilities

This is a great opportunity for a Paraprofessional who enjoys working directly with students, building meaningful relationships, and helping children develop the academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and functional skills they need to be successful at school.

What You'll Do
