Qualifications

• Flexible with long hours.

• Must maneuver through dining area while carrying trays.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest quality service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Receive and deliver guests orders and collect payment.
• Be familiar with the organization of the Restaurant(s), lounges, and Room Service.
• Upsell food, beverage and promotional items.
• Perform cashiering functions and end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of tables and service areas.
• Operate the POS system and assist in front-of-house operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and side-work duties.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout service.
