Office: Norcross, GA area

The Paracompliance Support Specialist will assist with day-to-day compliance tasks to support Assessivate’s clients in maintaining their security and regulatory requirements. This role involves reviewing, organizing, and updating compliance documentation, preparing evidence for audits, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance best practices are followed. The Paracompliance Support Specialist will play a vital role in helping clients manage their compliance frameworks, such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance Documentation Management:

·Review and organize compliance documentation for clients.

·Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records in designated systems.

·Ensure all client documents meet compliance framework requirements.

Audit Support:

·Assist in preparing evidence and documentation for internal and external audits.

·Coordinate with clients to gather necessary compliance-related information.

·Ensure timely submission of required audit materials.

Policy and Procedure Development:

·Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating client policies and procedures.

·Ensure policies align with applicable compliance frameworks and best practices.

Client Support:

·Provide ongoing support to clients regarding compliance tasks and documentation.

·Address client questions related to compliance requirements and processes.

·Collaborate with internal teams to deliver compliance solutions tailored to client needs.

Process Improvement:

·Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes and documentation practices.

·Provide suggestions to enhance client compliance readiness and audit success.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

·Knowledge of compliance frameworks, such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or NIST.

·Strong organizational and documentation skills.

·Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

·Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

·Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

Education & Experience:

·Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred but not required).

·2+ years of experience in a compliance or administrative support role.

·Experience working with compliance documentation and audits.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

·Timely and accurate documentation submission.

·Client satisfaction with compliance support.

·Successful completion of client audits.
