Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated school paraprofessional to support students with behavioral needs in a self-contained elementary classroom near Magnolia, Texas. This is a full-time, onsite contract running ASAP through May 21, 2027.

You will collaborate with a lead teacher and special education staff to implement behavior intervention plans, assist with daily activities, and foster a respectful, inclusive learning environment for about eight students.

Qualifications

• Experience as a school paraprofessional, ideally in special education or behavior-focused environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with children facing behavioral challenges.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and paraprofessionals.
• Flexibility, patience, and proactive problem-solving mindset.

Make a positive impact in a supportive educational environment by assisting students with behavioral needs in a self-contained classroom setting. This is a full-time, contract opportunity for a skilled paraprofessional to work onsite at an elementary campus near Magnolia, Texas, supporting children who benefit from individualized attention and behavioral guidance.

The assignment runs from ASAP through May 21, 2027, as part of a dedicated team including two paraprofessionals and a special education teacher serving approximately eight students. Collaborate closely with educators and staff to foster a safe, engaging, and respectful learning atmosphere where students can thrive.
