Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Para Educator III in Simi Valley, CA to support education and behavioral services in a school setting. This contract-part-time role involves working 30 hours with a pay rate of $25 per hour, under a setting focused on School-based programs.

Prior pediatric experience and CPR readiness are valued, with compliance to all applicable requirements. The position partners with school staff and behavioral specialists to help students meet learning goals and behavioral objectives,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
