Provides program support in instructional and related activities for students with disabilities under the supervision of certificated, licensed, and ancillary staff.

Participates in IEP/IFSP meetings as requested.

Assists with implementing instructional activities based on student goals outlined in IEP/IFSP.

Reinforces and supplements curriculum during community-based experiences, possibly without the teacher present.

Contributes to behavior intervention plan meetings and implements established procedures accordingly.

Loads and unloads students from buses/vehicles and assists with lifting and movement as needed.

Supports meal, play, recreational, and other activities within assigned responsibilities.

Participates in staff meetings, training, and school improvement activities.

Provides student health care services as per district guidelines.

Assists in data collection related to programs and services for students with disabilities.

Models Win-Win leadership and uses technology for communication.

Prepares materials, bulletin boards, and may transport students to community sites.

Other duties as assigned.
