Rise Services, Inc. is seeking a Para-Behavioral Interventionist (Para BI) to provide direct one-on-one intervention for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in school settings.
The role focuses on reducing maladaptive behaviors and promoting adaptive classroom strategies aligned with treatment plans. You will document progress, coordinate with the school treatment team, and maintain daily records.

The Para-Behavioral Interventionist (Para BI) provides direct intervention for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in the school setting. In accordance with the child or adolescent's plan for treatment, the Para BI's role is to provide intervention services directed toward decreasing the child or adolescent maladaptive behaviors and encouraging adaptive behaviors in the classroom setting, using reinforcement strategies.
