Job summary

System One in Spring Grove, PA seeks a Director of Paper & Converting to lead day-to-day manufacturing performance across Paper, Coating and Converting. You will own budgets, manage capital projects, and partner with HR, Finance, Maintenance, Engineering, EH&S and Commercial.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering, 10+ years in paper manufacturing with progressive leadership and 5+ years leading in heavy manufacturing, with a continuous improvement mindset and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering with Pulp & Paper/Chemical/Mechanical preferred.
• 10+ years in paper manufacturing with progressive leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading in heavy manufacturing operations.
• Continuous improvement background with strong communication and people leadership.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost drivers and performance metrics.
