Job summary

We require a High School Diploma or equivalent, along with at least 2 years of manufacturing experience. Candidates must be detail-oriented, capable of lifting 50 lbs, and possess basic computer and math skills. We value strong relationships and offer extensive training in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to work in temperatures above 95 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Coaching and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up and troubleshoot equipment and processes.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications.
• Perform quality control checks.
