US Tech Force is looking for an experienced Paper Converting Machine Operatorto join an awesome paper company in the Fox Valley area!

• Perform paper converting equipment setups and operation, this will require additional troubleshooting of equipment to achieve optimal performance of equipment.
• Oversee and assist downstream employees with equipment troubleshooting.
• Perform minor preventive maintenance, cleaning and troubleshooting of sheeter equipment.
• Conduct quality checks to assure product meets quality expectations
• Ensure employees are complying with company safety and quality procedures.

Paper Converting Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Previous experience running paper converting machines
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Two years of light manufacturing or related experience.
