Papa, Inc. is seeking Papa Pals to provide companionship and light assistance to older adults and families. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to run errands and accompany clients on transportation visits, with a focus on friendly, supportive company.

About the Role

At Papa, companion caregivers, also known as Papa Pals, are warm, caring individuals who provide part‑time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Support includes help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and most importantly—friendly company.

Compensation & Benefits

Earn up to $18.00 per hour, plus bonuses. Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits (availability may vary by location). Work on your own flexible schedule.
