Job summary

Papa, Inc. in Michigan is seeking part-time companion caregivers (Papa Pals) to provide companionship and practical assistance to older adults and families. You can arrange 2–4 hour visits through our mobile app, with mileage reimbursement and the opportunity to earn up to $18.00 per hour; no prior caregiving experience is required.

Requirements include being 21+, English communication, valid U.S. driver’s license, authorization to work in the United States, passing background and motor vehicle

Job Responsibilities

Companion caregivers, also known as Papa Pals, provide part‑time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Support includes help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and most importantly—friendly company.

Job Compensation & Benefits

Earn up to $18.00/hr with bonuses. Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits (depends on your location, not available everywhere).

Work on your own flexible schedule. Use the mobile app to choose from hourly visit opportunities, typically 2‑4 hours each; create your own schedule around your life. No prior caregiving experience needed.
