Papa, Inc. is hiring part-time companion caregivers in Salem, OR. Earn up to $17.00/hr. We’re recruiting reliable people who love to help others and provide companionship and light support to older adults and families.

Caregivers, known as Papa Pals, help around the house, run errands, provide transportation, and offer friendly company. Flexible schedules and the Papa app help you choose hourly visits. Mileage reimbursement is available depending on location.

Formación

• Age 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance in your name.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle newer than [VEHICLE_YEAR].
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required.
• Kind, patient and reliable demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Provide part-time companionship and caregiving to older adults and families.
• Assist with light house tasks, errands, and transportation as needed.
• Coordinate visits via the Papa app, typically 2–4 hours per session.
