At Papa, companion caregivers, also known as Papa Pals, are warm and caring individuals who provide part‑time companionship and assistance to older adults and families in Manhattan, IL. They help with household tasks, run errands, provide transportation, and offer friendly company.

Compensation & Benefits

Earn up to $17.00 per hour with potential bonus pay. Mileage reimbursement is available for transportation visits depending on location. Work on a flexible schedule using the mobile app to choose hourly visit opportunities, typically 2–4 hours each. No prior caregiving experience is required.
