Role Description

As a companion caregiver, also known as a Papa Pal, you will provide part‑time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Your support includes help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and most importantly—friendly company.

Requirements

• Age 21 or older
• Ability to communicate in English
• Valid U.S. issued driver’s license
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle report
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy
• Valid car insurance
• Clean & dependable vehicle
• Access to a smartphone
• Access to a vehicle that is [VEHICLE_YEAR] or newer
• Kind‑hearted, patient, and caring personality
• Available to work 2 or more hours per week
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required
