Papa, Inc. in Gary, IN is seeking friendly Papa Pals to provide part-time companionship and light assistance to older adults and families. You’ll join a network of caregivers delivering home support, transport, and friendly company through flexible hourly visit opportunities.

No prior caregiving experience is required. You must be 21+, have a valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, a smartphone, and pass background and MVR checks. Earn up to $15.50 per hour plus bonuses.

Job Overview

At Papa, companion caregivers, also known as Papa Pals, are warm, caring individuals who provide part-time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Support includes help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and most importantly–friendly company. As a caregiver in Gary, IN, you'll make a positive impact in your community.

Pay & Benefits

Earn up to $15.50/hr with bonuses. Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits (depends on your location, not available everywhere).
