About the Role

Responsibilities

As a Companion Caregiver, also known as a Papa Pal, you will provide part‑time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Support includes help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and most importantly, friendly company.

Compensation & Benefits

Earn up to $18.00 per hour with bonuses. Mileage reimbursement is provided for transportation visits, depending on your location (not available everywhere). You can work on your own flexible schedule, using the mobile app to choose hourly visit opportunities, typically 2‑4 hours each.
