Responsibilities

As a caregiver at Papa, also known as Papa Pals, you will provide part‑time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Your support includes help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and most importantly—friendly company.

Your work schedule is flexible, and you can create your own schedule through the mobile app, typically 2‑4 hour visit opportunities. Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits is available depending on your location (not available everywhere).

No prior caregiving experience required. We welcome:
