Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a reliable Team Member to join our Casper location. You will help deliver high-quality pizza and outstanding customer service while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.

Join us as a part-time or full-time team member; no experience is required as training is provided, and opportunities for advancement exist within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly attitude, take orders accurately, and provide information about menu items and promotions.
• Food Preparation: Assist with the preparation of pizzas, sides, and other menu items according to Papa John’s recipes and standards, ensuring high-quality and consistent products.
• Cash Handling: Operate cash registers, process transactions accurately, and handle cash responsibly.
• Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure efficient service and operations during peak times.
• Inventory Management: Help with inventory counts and stock management, ensuring that all ingredients and supplies are replenished as necessary.

• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure efficient service and operations during peak times. Assist in training new employees as needed.
• Inventory Management: Help with inventory counts and stock management, ensuring that all ingredients and supplies are replenished as necessary.
