Boehringer Ingelheim Cares Foundation is seeking an Associate Director for PAP Performance & Insights to lead governance, analytics, and insight generation supporting the PAP program. This role ensures a single source of truth for performance, audit-defensible insights, and proactive risk management across internal and external stakeholders.

The role focuses on independent performance oversight, data quality, and continuous improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams, IT, and vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare PAP or analytics.
• 5-8 years PAP or access program experience.
• Strong experience in performance analytics and governance.
• Proficiency in data analysis and BI tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience translating data into actionable insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own PAP performance governance framework, KPI definitions, scorecards, reporting cadence, escalation paths.
• Serve as central control tower for PAP performance intelligence with audit-defensible view.
• Establish independent performance tracking and audit trails.
• Maintain alignment among KPI definitions, SLAs, and governance.
• Identify performance risks, trends, and gaps for leadership attention.
• Develop dashboards and executive reporting for actionable visibility.
• Leverage automation and AI-enabled tools to strengthen monitoring and insights.
• Validate vendor-reported data against internal sources for accuracy.
• Lead continuous improvement and cross-functional insight generation.
