Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reads menu to estimate food requirements and orders from suppliers or storage.
• Prepares and cooks food per production records and recipes.
• Adjusts oven/broiler temperatures and other equipment.
• Measures and mixes ingredients according to recipes.
• Bakes, roasts, sautés, steams and portions foods as directed.
• Maintains work area and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Interacts with customers and coworkers in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Ensures compliance with service standards and inventory procedures.
