Qualifications

• One to three months related experience or training.
• Maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Assist with opening/closing and side work duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare salads and desserts; ensure timely preparation for pantry station.
• Support line check process and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Practice safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counters, knives and equipment.
• Open and close pantry station and perform side work as assigned.
