• Ensure timely preparation of salads and desserts.
• Support line check processes and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for pantry station and practice safe, sanitary handling of tools and surfaces.
• Maintain proper equipment temperatures; perform station opening/closing and side work.
