Responsabilités

• Maintain highest standards for food quality and sanitation on Pantry station.
• Ensure timely preparation of all salads and desserts.
• Support line check process and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Prepare all necessary items for the Pantry station as needed.
• Practice safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment.
• Maintain proper equipment temperatures and perform opening/closing and side work duties.
