Responsibilities

• Review Bills of Material (BOMs) and gather components for production jobs accurately.
• Assemble and stage material kits for the panel shop according to schedules.
• Use inventory systems to locate parts and maintain records.
• Process inventory transactions by adjusting quantities as needed.
• Support shop leads with on-time parts availability and urgent production needs.
• Receive incoming materials and verify against orders and packing slips.
• Assist with shipping and receiving as needed; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Collaborate with production staff to ensure uninterrupted workflow and safety.
