You will interpret technical drawings, select components, mount devices, and ensure proper grounding, organization, and safety.

Qualifikationen

• Reads and interprets technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to understand assembly requirements.
• Verifies components with BOM to ensure accuracy.
• Works with engineers and designers to ensure panel design is correctly executed.

Aufgaben

• Assembles electrical control panels, including doors, knock-out/cuts, and ventilation systems.
• Installs components such as circuit breakers, relays, transformers, PLCs, and terminals.
• Ensures proper grounding, placement, cooling, and wiring within panels.
• Wires panels according to point-to-point diagrams and color codes.
• Performs torque testing and verifies fusing per drawings.
• Documents designs, parts used, and testing results.
