Job summary

Native Energy Solutions in Casper, WY is seeking an assembler to support the fabrication process of UL listed control panels. You will read blueprints, assemble components, and ensure panels meet quality and safety standards.

Work in a heated shop with power tools, basic hand tools, and a focus on neat wiring, accurate measurements, and adherence to shop safety rules. This full-time role requires reliability, good teamwork, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use common hand tools (wire strippers, tape measure, cordless drills, screwdrivers).
• Able to differentiate wire colors and read blueprints.
• Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and follow fabrication instructions.
• Use power saws and drills for panel components.
• Run colored wire neatly and in an organized manner while following shop safety requirements.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Be punctual, willing to learn, & flexible. Reading blueprints, using power saws and drills, running colored wire in a neat and orderly fashion, following shop safety requirements.

Qualifications

High mechanical aptitude. Familiar with the use of basic hand tools such as: wire strippers, tape measure, cordless drills, screw drivers, etc. Able to differentiate multiple different wire colors. Basic computer skills. Team player who can work well with others. High attention to detail.

Physical Demands

Able to work on feet for a full shift. Able to lift 50lbs.

Indoors - heated during winter & air conditioned during summer
