Westaff is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Panel Assembler for the Sterling, MA area with immediate start. The role involves assembling panels and subassemblies, wiring, and testing to meet quality standards.

Shift is Mon-Thu 6:00am–4:30pm and pay ranges from $18 to $25 per hour DOE. This position offers temp-to-hire opportunities, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Experience using hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Location: Sterling, MA
