Automation Displays, Inc. is hiring a Floater/Panel Assembler to join the Production team in a full-time role.

The position focuses on assembling and wiring control panels according to drawings and specs, with responsibilities including packaging, labeling, staging, and moving materials throughout the plant. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in assembly, manufacturing, wiring, or packaging.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Assembly, manufacturing, wiring, packaging, or related experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
• Willingness and ability to learn assembly and packaging processes.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels per engineering drawings, customer specifications, quality standards, and production requirements.
• Package, label, stage, and move finished goods, materials and inventory across the facility.
• Perform mechanical assembly, component installation, wiring, labeling, and inspection with emphasis on quality, safety, accuracy and productivity.
• Support production, shipping and inventory accuracy.
